My name is Andrea, but everyone calls me Andi. I am a culinary artist who owns a small cottage bakery. I specialize in sourdough goods such as artisan loaves, scones, cookies, oatmeal cream pies, banana bread, and so much more. For my primary job, I am an Environmental Scientist who works as a consultant for the Air Force. I like to say I am also a Sourdough Scientist!
