Artisan, gourmet Nutcakes, Balls ad Bars in various combinations of chocolate, fruits, nuts and chiles. I created a product based on the western traditions of sustainable food on the old cattle trails. I wanted something that was naturally gluten-free, had a long shelf life and so much flavor you would not need a huge amount of it at a time. My husband and I both have a strong Western heritage and I wanted a product that honored those timeless traditions but in my own original recipes with modern culinary combinations. Mom always made a flourless cake at Christmas and watching her make that gave me the initial idea of how I could go about creating naturally gluten-free treats. I have spent my life in creative pursuit in many genres, painting, drawing, Tolle, furniture recreation, Interior Design, music and baking/cake decorating. I love the creative process! To imagine an idea and bring it to reality provides a great deal of inspiration and joy in life.
