Snacks are Craig’s calling. He founded High Seas Provisions after realizing that what truly made him feel happiness, fulfillment and pride was seeing a smile on the face of someone enjoying his culinary creations. Cooking and food are his passions, but without someone to enjoy the fruits of his labors there isn’t as much joy in the process. A self-proclaimed “Mamma’s Boy”, Craig would stand on a chair at the stove or at the sink learning to cook from the age of 4. Craig’s parents started making jerky and pickles as a personal snack and as gifts for neighbors around 25 years ago, sparking the early inspiration for High Seas Provisions. After serving nearly 10 active years in the US Navy, Craig found himself reading cookbooks and researching recipes that took him back to the places he got to visit in his travels. He tries to bring those flavors and the pride that people around the world take in their cuisines to the folks that aren't able to travel much further than their local farmers markets and grocery stores. About High Seas Provisions High Seas specializes in jerky, but we also have a rotating supply of fresh made hot sauces, pickled goods, and a wide assortment of other snacks and condiments. We use only the freshest ingredients and try to source locally when possible. We never add any artificial flavors or colors and take great pride in offering products with ingredients you can recognize and pronounce. We are proud supporters of the local hot rod and motorcycle communities. Whether vending snacks or participating with Craig’s 1928 Ford Model A hot rod you can find us at many local hot rod and bike shows. We also try to take part in as many military and veteran activities as possible. Craig being a veteran and having started a veteran owned business, we know how important it is to take care of our own!
