About

Adorable Arsenal is a woman-owned creative studio based in the heart of Sundance Square in Fort Worth, Texas, founded by artist and world-builder Kaylee Meyer. What began as a collection of handmade figurines has grown into an expanding original universe filled with characters, lore, and stories waiting to be discovered. Each piece in the Adorable Arsenal collection is entirely unique. Every character is hand-crafted and paired with a wax-sealed envelope containing its individual backstory, inviting collectors to step into a larger narrative world. Together these characters inhabit an original setting complete with maps, histories, and evolving storylines that continue to grow with each new creation. The work blends fine art, storytelling, and play. By combining sculpture, narrative design, and collectible culture, Adorable Arsenal encourages audiences to interact with art not just as viewers, but as participants. Characters travel beyond the studio through Renaissance festivals across the United States and into the homes of collectors, where the stories continue to unfold. At its core, Adorable Arsenal is driven by the belief that art should be accessible, imaginative, and joyful. By creating affordable handmade pieces that carry their own histories, Kaylee Meyer invites people of all ages to collect, explore, and become part of an ever-expanding creative world. Future projects including board games and card games will continue to deepen this universe, transforming storytelling into an interactive experience shared between artist and audience.

Artist Statement

Hi, I’m Kaylee, professional tiny-world builder and founder of Adorable Arsenal. What started as me making little figurines to keep my brain happy somehow turned into an entire universe with backstories, adventures, and a growing band of fellow creatives (who, somehow, are also all now climbers?). I’m a part-time sculpture student, singer-songwriter, certified yoga teacher, and full-time believer in creativity. I’ve traveled the world while life coaching, talk about holistic wellness like it’s a love language, and firmly believe joy is a strategy, not a side quest. If it involves clay, storytelling, tiny swords, deep feelings, or solving a problem creatively… I’m probably in.
