I have been baking since I was a teenager. I’ve always enjoyed the process of baking from the measuring of ingredients, mixing, and watching it all come together into something delicious to share. I love how you can create different flavors with adding fresh ingredients like dried or fresh fruits. I decided back in 2021 to try my hand at baking macarons to challenge myself. I fell in love with them that I didn’t want to stop making them, so I decided to finally open my own at home bakery. I’ve always dreamt of having my own bakery of some sort, so this is my first step towards that dream!
