About

Hello, my beautiful friends! I am a workshop facilitator, meditation teacher, and experiential artist. My art blends play, nervous system regulation, intuition, creativity, and emotional awareness into immersive interactive experiences. Inspired by childhood wonder, collective healing, and the power of human connection, I create playful environments that transform inner work into something approachable, communal, and deeply alive. Through art, meditation, sound, reflection, games, and storytelling, my work playfully invites people to reconnect with themselves in ways that feel less like self-improvement and more like remembrance. My mission is to make healing, self-awareness, and connection feel accessible, human, and rooted in love.

Artist Statement

At its core, my art is about radical inner reconnection. I believe a more peaceful, compassionate, and connected world begins with people learning how to reconnect with themselves first. My work explores the relationship between play, consciousness, emotional awareness, and human connection. I create immersive interactive experiences that disguise inner work as curiosity, creativity, and participation, inviting people to reconnect with themselves through wonder rather than shame or pressure. I’m deeply inspired by childhood play — the way children naturally explore, imagine, feel, create, and connect without over-intellectualizing themselves. As we grow older, many of us become disconnected from that openness through stress, overstimulation, routine, and social conditioning. My work asks the question: What did play give us as children that adulthood took away, and how do we reclaim it consciously?
