I started Miss G' seasoning as a result of wanting a distinctive taste that was missing in all other all-purpose seasonings that I had tried. When I was developing the recipe, I experimented with various spices and season ingredients until I came up with one that I thought was close to the taste that I was looking for. That was the first batch of Miss G's Seasoning. As I tweaked the recipe to what it is today, I began purchasing high quality ingredients from a specialty vendor. I now use my seasoning exclusively on all foods. I started sharing my seasoning with family and friends as gifts for holidays and special occasions.
