My artistic journey began when I was young. In elementary school, I never felt particularly good at anything. Growing up as the only child of immigrant parents in a school that didn’t fully understand Asian culture, I often felt like the odd one out. I was labeled the loud kid, my grades were never great, and nothing seemed to truly click for me.
That changed one day when my art teacher told me I had done a great job crafting a paper butterfly. That small moment sparked my interest in art. Later, another art teacher announced an art competition that anyone could enter. I decided to give it a try. I didn’t win, but that experience was the moment I chose to take art more seriously.
I eventually decided to major in Fine Arts. During my first year, my school hosted its first student market, and I decided to take another chance and participate. I quickly fell in love with sharing and selling my art. Now, as I prepare to graduate at the end of 2026, I continue to participate in art markets while expanding my creative skills. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in 3D modeling while continuing to grow as an artist.
