Charlene is a self-taught stained glass artist based in Fort Worth, TX. She has over two decades of experience creating custom luminous, one-of-a-kind handmade pieces. Her work is inspired by time, movement, and change--capturing shifting light, fluid forms, and fleeting moments through layered glass, dynamic patterns, and evolving colors. She is passionate about the medium and creating art that transforms spaces while inviting reflection on the beauty of impermanence.

Artist Statement

For over twenty years, I have been a self-taught stained glass artist drawn to this luminous medium because it so perfectly captures the essence of time, movement, and change. My pieces evoke shifting light patterns, fluid forms, and evolving colors that transform with the passage of time--mirroring how moments pass, light shifts, and life constantly reshapes itself. Through dynamic patterns and translucent depth, I aim to invite viewers to pause and notice the beauty in impermanence: the way nothing stays fixed, yet holds a quiet wonder. Creating these works is my way of honoring transition and the clarity the passage of time often brings.
