Multidisciplinary artist making yesterday’s objects today’s conversation pieces. I upcycle thrift store castoffs through mixed media. I transform vintage paintings and decor with a playful blend of wit, whimsy, and bold additions layered with nostalgia, pop-culture, and kitsch. I preserve the vintage charm and craftsmanship then disrupt it with a punchline or quirky make over.
Each piece is a small rebellion against fast consumption and throwaway culture. I choose sustainability by artistically reviving the used object to shine again and not fade in a landfill.
I want my work to feel like finding a shiny penny on the ground, unexpected and worth with picking up.
