Artist Statement
Victoria Guzman, better known as Tori, is a growing artist with an impressionistic style. Her artwork is boundless by one medium. Experimentation and personal experience drive each piece. Contour drawings dressed in a poetic modernism, acrylic paintings with a dash of an abstract flair, and masterpieces blended from oil paint are her most common works. A few of which were displayed in the Tarrant County College Art Exhibition. She is also a published poet, and her book, Read Me, contains a plethora of emotionally moving works of art. Her recent efforts of creativity have been centered around religious sentiment, the depth of heartbreak, and discovering her individualized femininity.
