My name is Taylor C. Martin I’m a growing local artist, inspiring to take my works higher and further. I attended Dunbar high school and played football, at the University of Kansas. After playing football I decided to paint, seeming since I drew as a kid. I figured it be fun to get back into. Bullied as a kid, I let go of drawing to try and fit in but it didn’t workout how I thought but here I am still the same cool kid with a pencil.

Artist Statement

I am a becoming artist from East Fort Worth. My work speaks life through rhythm and color and message that uplift and fight to put an end to violence in povern communities. I use abstract and imagery to tell a story or convey a message. I like the free space to be able create freely without falling into normal artistry. Some of my work use collages which is rather fun for me. I tend to be chaotic , so use that as my destructive and recreate process to help relieve mental stress.
