About

Camille is a self-taught metalsmith, raised in the foothills of California, who has been hand forging one-of-a-kind jewelry since 2003. Each piece is individually designed and crafted, with a commitment to never duplicating a design. Her work blends textured metals with gemstones, found natural elements, and vintage treasures, creating wearable art that is bold, lightweight, and rich with story. Her work has been featured in galleries from California to New York, where she won first place at the Independent Art Fest for her forged designs. Guided by curiosity, craftsmanship, and a belief that creativity has no boundaries, her designs continue to evolve in fascinating an unexpected way.

Artist Statement

My work grows from a fascination with metal as something ancient, alive, and full of memory. I'm drawn to forms that feel unearthed rather than manufactured, pieces that carry whimsy, story, and the quiet weight of imagined history. At my anvil, I work by intuition, letting heat, rhythm, and texture guide the shapes that emerge. I'm always chasing that moment when metal stops feeling rigid and becomes something expressive, almost creature-like. I hope my pieces feel like small relics objects that invite curiosity, touch, and a sense of wonder.
