Cut Throat Finches is a Fort Worth, Texas-based rock band formed in mid-2015 by singer-songwriter Sean Russell. Known for guitar-driven, socially conscious, and hook-laden music, "the sound you would hear if Oasis (UK) was from Texas", the band frequently releases vinyl-focused material through Hand Drawn Records and often only 1 min versions of songs on digital platforms for spite. Their sound is described as eclectic with a unique "Cowtown" glint often with fiddle and other folk instruments.
