Pottery 101

This class will meet each week for 6 weeks on Thursdays from 6pm-9pm at WheelCraft Studio. Class is $360 and includes all supplies, clay, tools, and hands-on instruction in a small group setting. Register using the event link. Week 1: Pinch pot trinket dish. Try the pottery wheel. Week 2: Slab plate technique. Pottery wheel. Week 3: Coil bud vase technique. Pottery wheel. Week 4: Hand-build a mug. Pottery wheel. Week 5: Introduction to basic glazing. Free time to make on the wheel or hand-building. Week 6: Finish glazing all pieces. All pieces will be ready to pickup three weeks after your final class, and can be picked up during open studio time. Pieces left behind after 3 months will be thrown away or donated.
