My work lives at the intersection of fragrance, storytelling, and craftsmanship.
I am the founder and creator behind Haus II Home, a small fragrance house where scent becomes a form of art and memory. While visual arts are often the first thing people think of when they imagine creativity, fragrance is one of the most powerful artistic mediums we experience. Scent has the unique ability to unlock memories, transport us to places, and evoke emotion instantly. A single fragrance can remind someone of a childhood home, a favorite book, a loved one, or a moment in time. That quiet power is what continually inspires my work.
My artistic journey began with a love of creating things by hand and telling stories through sensory experiences. Over time, that passion evolved into designing layered fragrances for candles, perfumes, and home scents that feel personal, transportive, and meaningful. Each fragrance I create is intentionally composed like a story with top, heart, and base notes unfolding over time.
Much of my inspiration comes from everyday moments: books and literary themes, nature, travel, Texas landscapes, and the feeling of comfort and nostalgia that a scent can bring to a space. I’m fascinated by how scent shapes atmosphere and memory, and I love exploring how fragrance can transform a room the same way art transforms a wall.
Through Haus II Home, I approach fragrance as both craft and art form. Every product is thoughtfully developed and hand-finished, with careful attention to materials, composition, and experience. My goal is to create pieces that feel special and personal—small works of sensory art that people live with in their homes and carry with them in their memories.
At the heart of it all, I simply love to create. Fragrance allows me to combine creativity, storytelling, and design into something people can experience every day.
