Drawn to creativity from a young age but never given the space to explore it, I found my artistic voice later in life through woodworking. What started as a quiet curiosity grew into a deep passion the moment I picked up my first tools. There was something calming and almost meditative about taking simple pieces of wood and transforming them into something new — whether it was a cutting board, a small piece of art, or a DIY project for the home. I began slowly, collecting tools one by one and experimenting without expectations. Over time, the workshop became my refuge — a place where I could focus, breathe, and create. Woodworking has become more than a hobby; it’s a craft that grounds me, challenges me, and brings out the creative side I always knew I had. Every project is a chance to learn, to build, and to express a part of myself that had been waiting to come alive.
