Artists Enclave of Denton County invites artists to participate in Many Worlds, One Home - a juried exhibition celebrating the diverse experiences of individuals and communities within Denton County and adjacent counties. The exhibition will run from May 23 through July 18, 2026 at the Patterson-Appleton Arts Center in Denton, Texas. Submissions in any medium will be accepted including painting, photography, ceramics, textiles, woodworking, mixed media and more. The submission deadline is Monday, March 16. Like many flowers adorning one beautiful garden, the many worlds we inhabit as individuals come together to create one home. The many worlds we associate with -- physical, cultural, social, and spiritual – are as unique as ourselves. Whether art chronicles the triumphs and tragedies of one person’s world(s) or the messy and beautiful nexus of community experiences emerging into a collective home, the Many Worlds, One Home exhibit will celebrate unity in diversity.

The Eclectika is excited to announce our first annual juried college exhibition, ‘EclectikAdemy 2026’! The juror for this inaugural exhibition is artist and educator Jordan Funk. ‘EclectikAdemy 2026’ is open to all artists over the age of 18 that are currently enrolled in college and reside in the state of Texas. Artists are welcome to submit up to 5 works in any medium for the juror’s consideration. Submission fee for the show is $10, payable through our website. Trinity Metro is hosting a student art contest for Fort Worth Independent School District and Tarrant County College District to tie in with the upcoming FIFA World Cup events that begin in June. Artwork should reflect soccer themes and include imagery of Trinity Metro’s public transportation services, such as TEXRail, TRE, Bus, Bikes, and On-Demand. Up to 4 images will be selected: 3 from FWISD (one each from elementary, middle and high school levels), plus one from Tarrant County College. The winning artworks will be displayed in Downtown Fort Worth panels. This is the inaugural year for what will become an annual art contest.
